Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
