  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Cooked egg noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  4. Stir in the sour cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
