A simple, refreshing, and vibrant non-alcoholic Christmas punch featuring cranberry and orange flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups cranberry juice, chilled
  • 4 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 2 liters ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • Ice ring or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the chilled cranberry juice and orange juice in a large punch bowl.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale or soda. Stir gently to mix the liquids without losing too much carbonation.
  3. Add the thinly sliced oranges and cranberries to the punch.
  4. If using an ice ring, place it gently into the punch bowl to keep the drink cold without diluting it quickly. Otherwise, add ice cubes.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, mix the cranberry and orange juices and chill them. Keep the soda separate and add it right before guests arrive.
  • To create a festive ice ring, freeze water, a few orange slices, and some cranberries in a bundt pan or ring mold the day before.
  • If you prefer a less sweet punch, use plain sparkling water instead of ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
