Follow these steps to make a refreshing iced vanilla chai latte at home using chai concentrate and your preferred milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz chai tea concentrate
  • 4 oz milk or dairy substitute (e.g., almond, oat)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: chai concentrate, milk, vanilla syrup, and ice.
  2. Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the chai tea concentrate over the ice.
  4. Add the vanilla syrup or extract to the glass.
  5. Pour the milk over the chai and vanilla mixture.
  6. Stir the drink well until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
  7. Taste the latte and add more vanilla syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use oat milk or almond milk.
  • Adjust the amount of chai concentrate for a stronger or weaker flavor.
  • If you do not have vanilla syrup, you can make a simple syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a vanilla bean or extract until dissolved, then cool it completely before use.
