  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the thawed and squeezed dry spinach and the chopped artichoke hearts to the cheese mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
