- 1 bottle (750ml) white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup caramel vodka
- 1/4 cup apple brandy or Calvados
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- Ice cubes
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, caramel vodka, apple brandy, and caramel sauce.
- Stir well until the caramel sauce is fully incorporated.
- Add the sliced apples, orange slices, cinnamon stick, and star anise to the pitcher.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir the sangria and pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Drizzle a little extra caramel sauce over the top of each serving if desired.
