Make easy, crowd-pleasing buffalo chicken sliders on a sheet pan using Hawaiian rolls, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected in one piece. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Slice the sliders apart between the rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save preparation time.
  • For extra spice, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
  • If you prefer blue cheese flavor, substitute blue cheese dressing for the ranch dressing.
