Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Crackers, bread, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat. Be careful not to break up the crab too much.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and lightly golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy dip, you can sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Bring it to room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
