Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Cinnamon Sugar for rimming the glass
  • Apple Slice for garnish
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your margarita glass by rimming it with cinnamon sugar. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of cinnamon sugar.
  2. Fill the prepared glass with ice.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, fresh lime juice, apple cider, orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
  4. Add ice to the shaker.
  5. Secure the lid and shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
  7. Garnish with an apple slice.
  8. Enjoy your Apple Cider Margarita!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a thin slice of jalapeƱo to the shaker before mixing.
  • If you prefer a less sweet drink, reduce or omit the simple syrup.
  • Ensure your apple cider is fresh for the best flavor.
  • You can make a non-alcoholic version by substituting tequila with sparkling apple cider and omitting the orange liqueur.
