  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
  • 2 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • In a small bowl, mix the chopped apple, brie cheese, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon, if using.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of the apple and brie mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Roll up the crescent rolls from the wide end to the tip.
  • Place the bites on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
